What does each work include?
A limited-edition giclée print (max. 25) on cotton handmade paper with four-sided barbs, signed and numbered. Delivered with a float frame in solid FSC oak and a certificate of authenticity.
What is “floating framing”?
The sheet is suspended beneath the glass, without touching the background, using spacers and conservation hinges. The texture and the curved edge are highlighted.
Is the paper acid-free?
Yes. Museum-quality cotton papers and pigmented inks for maximum stability.
Are the frames sustainable?
Yes. FSC solid oak, handcrafted in Spain.
How long does my order take?
Custom production and hand-framed: 5–10 business days . Shipping to the mainland: 24–72 hours . If you need it urgently, please write to us and we'll discuss options.
Do you ship internationally? And to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla?
Yes. Delivery times and costs depend on the destination. Customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer when applicable.
How will I know my order has been shipped?
We will send you confirmation and, where applicable, a tracking number.
What is your return and cancellation policy?
- For distance purchases, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal without needing to provide a reason.
- Exceptions : Does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized works (e.g., special formats outside the catalog, custom frames, dedications).
- If you withdraw, we will only refund the amount of the work . Shipping costs are non-refundable . Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility if previously informed.
- If the artwork arrives damaged or defective , we will replace or refund it at no additional cost (including associated shipping).
Please retain packaging and send us photos of the damage to expedite management. Informational note (not legal advice).
Do you do custom or commissioned work?
Yes: special formats, corporate series, and "ready-to-hang" interior design/hospitality projects. Please write to us with quantities, deadlines, and style references.
Are editions reprinted when they sell out?
No. Each work is limited to 25 copies; once they are sold out, the edition is closed.
Do you issue invoices with VAT?
Yes. Please provide us with your details at checkout or by email.
Can I buy just the print without a frame?
In some cases, yes; in others, we prioritize floating framing for preservation and aesthetic results. Contact us.
Do you offer a gift or dedication card?
Yes. We can include a handwritten note and hide prices on the delivery note.
What care does the painting require?
Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity. Clean the glass with a soft cloth; do not spray on the paper or seals.
